That’s up to you! At most locations, valets use our app on their own phones to check in cars and receive requests. At busy locations, you might consider providing your staff with an internet-connected tablet at the valet stand.

We have both iOS and Android apps. You can use our app on any modern tablet or phone that runs on iOS or Android.

We currently support the US and Canada. Are you located elsewhere? Please reach out and we can probably enable it in your country too!

You can order tickets through your normal supplier. You’ll want to have our information printed on the ticket, with your unique, assigned Pronto phone number:

Alternatively, you can print stickers to put on your tickets. We find that return address labels are perfectly sized. We can prepare a file for you to print your own.

Pay per month, and cancel whenever you’d like. There are no long term contracts—although we think you’ll stay for a while. :-)

Select the event pass option instead of a monthly subscription. The event pass is good for 7 days, so you can even use it for multi-day events. The event pass is good for one location at a time

Yes! During the onboarding process you’ll tell us your location and preferred area codes. We’ll get you a local number. This is the number that guests will text to trigger a request in the app.

We do not sell your guests’ data, and we certainly never contact them outside the transaction process.
